My role as a MobileMe Support agent allowed me to provide support, answer questions, and receive compliments and complaints via Email.  MobileMe is a redesigned product offered by Apple Inc. formerly called “.Mac” this product allows subscribers to manage personal, business data remotely or locally on either their iPhone, PC, or Home Mac Computer.  The issues that were resolved in this position varied from syncing wirelessly to updating contacts from a PC to a Mac computer.  I offered support for Windows Vista/ XP service-pack#2, also Mac OS X 10.4.11, and Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard.

 

Field Installation Supervisor, 180Connect Sacramento, Ca              11/2007- 04/2008

My responsibilities as the Field Installation Supervisor, were to properly manage a team of 6 technicians, while handling escalations, payroll, and invoicing orders for our client-Surewest. We were the contracting company for Surewest, performing “FTTH” Fiber to the Home installs using Low Voltage wiring standards for Cat 5e, Co-axial cable, to place Set Top Boxes for Video service and acquiring MAC Addresses from Subscribers home computers.  We utilized basic hand tools, i.e. Impact tools, various Security tools, RJ-11,Rj-45 Crimpers, and t568 A&B wiring standards, along with Wand & Toners to isolate specific Cables, as well as Company Laptops, provided for provisioning the subscribers account and staying in contact with Dispatchers, Management, and Headquarters.

As a Cellular Equipment Manager/Installer, I managed various tasks, such as   Schematics for site builds, team organization, and time management for pre-determined “K-Dates”, also arranged employee schedules, job assignments, and performance reviews for team members.  The Field Installation Technician is responsible for installing Wireless telecommunications equipment on or at remote locations at customer’s request. The equipment installed was 800 MHz 1900 MHz, EDGE –internet systems for the new G.S.M. Network for AT&T Wireless.
